We are done!!!!

We are done moving that is.  Time to get back in to it we finished moving this last weekend so now its time to start walking it wont be as pretty as are other walks but it will be differant.  we got back on track with our diet so we are thinking about not weighing in on Wed. just so we dont get mad...will see.

It's been a long time

WOW it's been a long time sense our last blog. We have been good about putting up our wieght loss numbers.  We have been having housing problems so we've been scrambling  to find some were a little cheaper to leave.  We found a nice condo it's a littel smaller than what were use to but we are paying our bills.  We live in town now it's diffrent having neighbors.  But not a problem we will adjust, it's Elivs that's having the problem he is use to going out side when ever he whant's (he'll live).  As the wieght loss goes we are getting back on track moving dosen't help with the on eating out thing. Just a coulpe more days and we will be all settled in.

What's happenning

Well lets see our grandson came to visit and mom came with him dad showed up later in the week she forgot her walking shoe's so she could go no any walks with us in beautiful wine country of Paso robles.  Well the weigh in was not all that great Kimm lost zero Lbs. were I lost only 1 Lbs. that's  better than putting a puond on.  Our walking time has been getting better.  We took a friend on one of our walks and she got tired it was a 4 mile walk with a few hills that made Kimm fill verey good because she doesn't need to diet, maybe a little cardeo. wouldn't hurt

what's happening in are world

well the last two days the weather  has been great, I'm not bragging but 72 deg. it grerat walking weather. Sunday was an off day so we went on a little strole with Austin to the winery. Today I was off so like I said I went on a good long walk 5 miles in 1 hour is not a bad walk after that we took the grandson to the beach. what a great day.

What's happening

well, I have realy had it wendsays weigh in was bad  and I'm not messing a roung any more. I've been walking every day at the very last 3 miles daliy, Kimms been sick for the last week and has not filt good enough to do anything so I'm doing it on my own this week. I'm off the next two days so I'm planning on doing a long walk on one of the days  hopefuly Kimm will fill up to it.

Loooong Week

I'ts been a long week sense our last blog so in a nut shell, superbowl weekend was a bust for the lossing weigt thing. We went to see old friends and the famliy and WOW, Let's just say the week we spent  prior in the gym was consumed by wine, chilly chesse dip and pizza. At least the Giants won not that I'm a Giants fan I just don't like the Patirots. I started off the week with a nice 3 mile brisk walk with a big hill and started wathing my calories better.

Oh my gosh

Today Kimm and I started are gym marathon, started off with a 5 mile bike ride but sense we realy didn't go any were I should say we road a bicycle with no wheels for 20 minuts then off to the weights. I haven't done this in year that's were the "Oh my gosh" came from.  I'm sure I'll fill better in the morning I hope.

Todays Doings

I'ts been a couple of days and living in wine country while trying to lose wieght is not, easy the calories in wine is high and hanging out with winemaker the last couple of nights is not good for dieting. Our food intake has been good and we've gone on walks the last two morings, wet and cold on Friday but we survived.

well just like I thought a bad weigh in, Kimm lost .5lbs and  I was trying to vote off the black team I guess I gained 1lbs. We came up with an idea to work out in a gym for free there are three gym's in our small town and we found out that they all give out a free one week trial so we are going to get at lest three weeks in the gym. I told Kimm that when we do this we are going to hit it hard. So look out world hear comes the new Team Manley.

Todays Doings

Oh boy ... I don't look forward to the wiegh in tomarrow the both of us. The last week was a roller coaster rider I normaly like them but not this one. I'm not one to make any excusses so I'm not going to. Today it rianed all stinken day, It's my day off and we were realy wanting to go on a hike down the coast line buy insted we did nothing but talk about The Biggest Losser I guesse we're just big lossers or just lazy. Will see tomarrow.

The last two days doings

We whent on a 2 mile walk on Sunday. Monday was a little diffrent I guess when it rains it pours. Still trying to get back on are feet financially Kimm didn't get the job she wanted that would have hepled out with the bill an awful lot. Whats the old saying one step forward two steps back. not to worry were still in this thing for oursleves win or lose we are in this together (for sure lose).

I'm not going to talk about yesterday. So.... today I went on a 2 mile walk the temp. was 29 deg. I know thats short sleeve weahter for some of you but hey this is California. All kinning aside this temp. is normal for this time of the year here. I only eat two meals today we had a special event today so we were pretty busy, so I never got a lunch. Kimm had to leave town for the day so she didn't get in any exercise although she ate well.

Well lets see, our new grandson came to visit his now 4 weeks old, not much to say after that we ate good but no exersise. Cigars are healthy arent they and wine is good for you to right any way will pick again tomarrow.

Weigh day today Kimm lost 4lbs. and I lost only 3lbs. I'll just have to try harder.  Today we did a brisk 2 mile walk and I mean brisk as in it was cold we did it pretty fast. I know all you people from the east coast don't think 30 Deg. is cold but here in the central coast of California it is.

Well lets start with Sunday we are going to take every Sunday off for a rest day. We still ate healthy we just did no exersise I aso had to work. 
 
Now on Monday Kimm was not filling so good but I on the other hand was filling good I got up earlier and put in a brisk 4.0 mile walk with hills I'm bragging now but will see how I'm going in the moring. By the way I did the 4 miles in 1 hr. the temp. was 30 deg. so I was just tring to get home to get warm.

Again Today Started off good with  2.0 Mile walk.  realy wish we could get in more looks like we're going to have to get up earlier ? oh boy!.  Anyway the day ended good no soda's and every meal was a healthy one.  We did have a glass of wine with dinner , You know we do live in wine country.

 Well today was are strenth training day and sense we have no money to by any wieghts we have to do it the old fashion way push ups boring but it works I hope.  Anyway the day statred off good and ended bad just 4 letters says it all McD's I know but it was a long day for the both of us and I also know thats no excuse. We are going to make up for it in the morning on are walk. It's days like today you fill like the biggset looser.

Well it was a short workout day we only got in a 1.5 mile speed walk before work. The good think is no soda or fast food today.
